“At which point am I the problem here?”
One of the most powerful ‘tipping point’ moments for my coaching clients is when they pause and ask themselves: “𝑨𝒕 𝒘𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒉 𝒑𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒕 𝒂𝒎 𝑰 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒎 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆?”
When this kind of reflection occurs at a very senior level, it can clear *so many* bottlenecks in the organisation.
But I think it's a question we’d all benefit from asking.
I’m not talking about beating ourselves up. I mean pausing our ego chatter and 'getting on the balcony' so we can see the system and the dynamics we may be co-creating:
